What do you do here?
I am an Associate Attorney that wears many hats as a member of the Employment Law and Public Relations Team.
What is your favorite part about being a lawyer?
I love the fact that everyday presents a new challenge to overcome. This is very satisfying to me.
What made you want to become a lawyer?
Ever since I was young, I always wanted to stand up for the less fortunate and make sure that they have a voice.
No Reservations is your favorite TV show. Would you want to be Anthony Bourdain?
While No Reservations is my favorite TV Show, I wouldn’t want to be Anthony Bourdain. But I wouldn’t mind going to some of the amazing places that he has traveled to on the show.
You have one meal to eat for the rest of your life. It is…
Mojo pork with rice, beans, and plantains. I really like Cuban food and would have to go with that.
DVDs, Netflix, HBO GO, or Hulu?
None! I enjoy listening to all kinds of Podcasts. It’s amazing how much you can learn!
Tell us about the last book you read.
The last book I read was Life of the Party by Burt Kreischer. It’s a genuinely hilarious ride from the first page to the last page. I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for good time reading a book.
Coolest place you have ever been.
Without a doubt it would have to be Puerto Rico. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Coffee or Tea?
100% Coffee. But, it has to be unflavored coffee. The whole flavored thing kind of scares me.
Favorite quote?
“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.” – Henry Ford
What inspires you?
Witnessing others achieve their goals.
What’s your favorite part about working here?
For me it is the opportunity to accomplish my goals.
Bonus Question: If you could have any super power what would it be and why?
Telepathy. Like Professor X. It would be amazing to be able to read peoples minds.
Thanks, Matthew, and we hope that on the next No reservations they feature some Mojo pork with rice, beans, and plantains.
